Within the ICT department, you will join the Customer Centre of Expertise (CCoE), the team responsible for developing and maintaining Credendo’s application landscape.
As the Salesforce Team Lead, you will act as the primary functional and technical owner of the Salesforce platform within the organisation.
You will lead a small team of two Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship in the design and development of applications on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and related solutions.
You will ensure that new business requirements, incidents and project initiatives are effectively planned, prioritised and delivered within agreed timelines.
Leveraging your in-depth Salesforce expertise, you will propose recommendations and implement solutions aligned with organisational needs. You will actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of one of the core applications supporting sales and marketing processes, and play a key role in driving Salesforce adoption and success within Credendo.
In close collaboration with key users and stakeholders, you will analyse, design, and document functional requirements, technical specifications, and system interfaces. You will define and execute work plans, sprint plans, and project schedules, adjusting them as necessary to accommodate evolving priorities.
Additionally, you will ensure that business users receive appropriate training and that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.
You will oversee the evolution of the Salesforce environment in alignment with enterprise architecture standards, proactively managing lifecycle health, embedding security by design, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You hold a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in a similar role. You bring at least five years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Team Lead or Salesforce Consultant.
You possess strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud; knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is considered an asset. You have proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Experience with SAP integration is a plus.
You are skilled in leveraging Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations via APIs.
You have a proven track record of leading technical workshops, architectural reviews, and solution design sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data modelling, security models, and large-scale data migrations within Salesforce is a strong advantage.
Beyond your technical capabilities, you have a strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach. You can translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions and guide your team toward successful delivery.
You are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills, capable of collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
You work well organised and structured, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities independently and effectively.
You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and either French or Dutch. Any other Indian language is considered and advantage. Experience within the financial or banking sector is considered an advantage.

Your day-to-day activities: finance and accounting
 You will manage the liquidities and carefully plan the revenues, expenses and needs of daily liquidities. This also includes performing weekly and ad hoc payments.
You will be in charge of the administrative processing of the transactions linked to the cooperation with banks, including in the context of the investment portfolio, payment card applications, etc.
You will be in close contact with various financial institutions and inquire about opportunities that benefit the group. You will inform the Treasury manager of your findings (e.g. placement of cash in term accounts, new financial regulations impacting the group, etc.).
You will be in close contact with the Accounting Department to follow up whether the accounting record of the investment portfolio and cash components is correct. You will check the accounting output in SAP.
You will participate in various reporting tasks related to investments (checking data, completing data, preparing reports, etc.), both to internal customers (management) and external customers such as auditors, regulators, etc. To do so, you will make use of the various IT programmes available (SAP FICO, BW, etc.).
You will analyse new accounting standards or changes to existing standards that relate to the investment portfolio and cash components, and advise the Treasury manager and chief accountant accordingly.
You will provide assistance to the entire Finance team and conduct ad hoc research on how certain topics were processed in the accounts (e.g. reinsurance contracts, etc.). To do so, you will consult the various SAP systems and make an analysis. You can communicate your findings clearly and in a structured way to relevant parties. 

You will be a contact for both internal and external customers:
 You will be the point of contact for colleagues from the finance and support teams for information about treasury topics.
You will be responsible for the administrative process around providing information to internal and external parties, drafting and submitting reports to stakeholders, etc.
You will work with the team during the audit process to support the internal and external audits. You will proactively collect documents and evidence of the positions taken, to ensure the various audit processes run smoothly. You will engage in discussion with the auditors.

Projects:
You will participate in current and future projects and in the testing processes of new systems and tools.
You will participate in the preparation of public tenders related to treasury projects and in the analysis of service proposals sent in by potential service providers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in an economics- or finance-related discipline.
You have a first experience in accounting. Specific experience in treasury is not required.
You are willing to learn about financial principles and insurance products.
You have good analytical skills and like to work with figures.
You are very proficient with MS Office IT-applications, including MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a must
You work accurately and have a sense for quality.
You like to take initiative and work in a structured manner.

You have good social skills, do not shy away from customer contacts and have good communication skills in Dutch or French and English.&lt;br /&gt;

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will work within the Underwriting and Credit Information department and you will report to the Risk Underwriting team leader.
You will gather and analyse all information relevant for the assessment of short-term credit risks.
You will assess the creditworthiness of debtors, mainly those located outside Europe.
You will decide on possible insurance terms or submit proposals to the credit committee and the management committee.
You will be a contact person for existing or potential clients.
You will ensure the follow-up of your portfolio by monitoring evolutions in policies and suggested credit conditions on the market as well as evolutions in macro- and microeconomic conditions in the countries where clients of Credendo are active.
You will ensure the administrative follow-up of the files in the portfolio and keep the statistics up to date.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You hold a Bachelor’s degree with a relevant experience of minimum 3 years or a Master's degree with a specialisation in economics, finance, law or commerce.
You have an excellent knowledge of English and you are fluent in German. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
You have an international mindset and a good understanding of business environments, for example through your mixed cultural and/or educational background.
You are a reliable business partner for your clients by providing advice and guiding them to the most adequate solutions.
You have excellent analytical and synthetic skills and you like working with figures.
