Account Manager

General information

Your position

  • You will be part of the Sales & Account Management team and report to the team leader.
  • You will manage your portfolio of clients through targeting, segmentation, acquisition and cross-selling.
  • You will be a reliable business partner for your clients (insureds and brokers) by providing advice and guiding them to the best-suited and high-quality solutions.
  • You will build a long-term partnership with decision makers and stakeholders on different levels (internally and externally).
  • You will represent Credendo – Short-Term Non-EU Risks vis-à-vis public organisations and private companies.
  • You will ensure administrative follow-up in collaboration with sales support.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably with a first proven successful experience in B2B sales.
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and Dutch (native level). Knowledge of English is a plus. Good presentation skills are a must.
  • You have a commercial spirit, you inspire trust and you are able to build long-term business partnerships.
  • You have an analytical mind and you are able to detect the essence and opportunities in complex files.
  • You can work in an autonomous way, but you are able to collaborate with others as well to find the best solution for your client.
  • You show initiative and are result-oriented.
