Administrative Back Office Collaborator - Temporary contract - 1 year

General information

Your position

  • You will manage the database with information about business partners and you will guarantee the quality of the data in order to reduce risks.
  • You will request credit information reports and deliver these to the persons concerned within the agreed time frame.
  • You will enter business and financial data on business partners in the system, which the underwriting departments will use for risk analysis.

Your profile

  • You have at least a secondary degree (office, trade, etc.).
  • You are proficient in Dutch or French and/or English.
  • You are familiar with MS Office (Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of SAP and/or SAP MDG is a plus.
  • You have basic knowledge of balance sheets and income statements.
  • You show engagement and involvement.
  • You complete your tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • You are customer-oriented and easy to communicate with.
  • You have a sense of initiative.
  • You are a team player and you can work autonomously within a team.
