HR Manager

Your position

 

Come to reinforce the HR team of our organization. We employ more than 560 people divided up between our head offices in Belgium and our subsidiaries in Europe (Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). As a HR Manager, you will support the HR department with a 360° role, in which you will be responsible for the organization's personnel policy with the objective of contributing to a coherent HR policy.

 

  • You will be a strategic partner, you will establish the link between management and the employees;
  • You will be responsible for the complete HR cycle (recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, reward, learning and development, performance management, etc.);
  • You will report to the Group Chief HR Officer;
  • You will develop, manage and coach your HR team according to the needs of each individual, in order to provide an efficient and targeted service;
  • You will develop, optimise and monitor procedures, processes and systems in order to professionalise the HR policy within the organisation;
  • You will formulate professional, customer-oriented and human advice and recommendations in order to execute a proactive and human HR policy in accordance with legislation and regulations;
  • You are passionate about corporate human resources issues. You regularly follow trends and news in the world of human resources.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master's degree, preferably in economics, law, psychology or social sciences and you have at least eight years of professional experience in a generalist ‘360°’ HR function;
  • You have a good knowledge of Belgian social and labour legislation (knowledge of legislation in other countries is a plus);
  • You are easy to talk to (customer-oriented and at all levels) and you have very good communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English. You are a native French speaker;
  • You have a positive mindset, you are pragmatic and you know how to deal with changing priorities;
  • You have an eye for detail and you strive for quality in your work.
