Marketing & Communication Officer M/F


General information

Your position

In this position, you will ensure the implementation of marketing and communication actions in order to strengthen the group's image.

 

You will develop, follow up and support various communication products (corporate brochures, technical publications of a more general nature, internet and intranet, product leaflets, greeting cards, business gifts, etc.) in order to ensure high-quality, consistent and commercially formulated corporate communication:

  • You will conceptualise and create marketing material that highlights the new products or solutions in collaboration with the various departments and you will develop graphic products on various formats while respecting Credendo's corporate graphic identity.
  • You will create presentations to provide support to business lines.
  • You will use the right communication channels and actions in accordance with the launch plans of the new products to best reach the defined target audience.
  • You will work in close collaboration with a communication agency/external graphic designers.
  • You will contribute to the implementation of applications associated with the visual identity of the brand in accordance with the corporate style guide, you will advise and coordinate the group's internal departments in this area to ensure consistency of the brand image.

 

You will organise the development of targeted or recurring events to ensure that they run smoothly and thus strengthen the company’s image:

  • You will pursue a long-term partnership with regional organisations for the promotion of foreign trade and professional federations.
  • You will manage from A to Z the practical organisation of (internal and external) events in order to strengthen the group's positioning and/or foster networking with its target audience.
  • You will ensure the practical organisation of the meetings of the network of contact persons in charge of communication within the group and follow the implementation of recommendations to subsidiaries and branches.

 

You will perform various administrative tasks related to marketing and communication activities in order to provide optimal administrative support to the Communication department.

 

  • You will manage subscriptions, book orders, administration of spending commitments and budgets.
  • You will manage a content system for archiving official documents and its associated access in order to guarantee consultation and retention of key Credendo information.
  • You will follow the brand portfolio and renew protection for brands and domain names.

 

You will take part in other ad hoc marketing and communication activities/projects of the Communication department in order to increase the consistency of communication.

 

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch, both oral and written, and you have a good professional knowledge of English.
  • You have a good command of basic computer tools and common and specific office software, particularly the Adobe suite.
  • You show good interpersonal skills, good judgement and resistance to stress.
  • You are willing to provide a quality service, you are organised and meticulous.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and resourceful.
