Credendo – Export Credit Agency is currently looking for a Procurement and Facility Administrative Assistant (m/f/x).
As an administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support within the Procurement and Facility Management department under the direction of the Facility Management Coordinator.
You will carry out various daily administrative tasks:
In support of Facility Management:
In support of Procurement Management:
You will be a reference person for fleet management:
You have a secondary school diploma or a bachelor's degree and you have a first relevant experience, preferably in an equivalent function.
You are meticulous in your tasks, which enables you to handle files from A to Z.
You show a proactive approach in organising and managing your responsibilities.
You are a team player and have a customer-oriented attitude.
You have a good command of MS Office and are willing to learn to use other IT tools.
You are fluent in Dutch and French, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of English is a plus.
