Project Manager

Your position

• Our Project Management Office is where Credendo’s strategy turns into delivery, together we carry the change portfolio of the whole company: the regulatory programmes we have to get right, the core systems our underwriters and claims handlers work in every day, and the data and AI initiatives that will shape the years ahead.

• As a Project Manager, you take a number of those key initiatives and own them end-to-end , from initiation and business requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live follow-up. You will not be handed a finished plan. You will build it, defend it, and adjust it as the project changes.

• You will work closely with business sponsors, senior stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives.

Your profile

• You hold minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing projects end to end, in a complex business and IT environment, coordinating multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
• You have solid knowledge of project management disciplines: governance, budgeting, reporting and risk and change management and;
• You have practical experience of both Waterfall and Agile delivery
• You show a strong ability to structure complex situations, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with SAP and/or Saleforce related projects is a strong asset.
• Exposure to Java-based environments, digital transformation initiatives and AI-related projects is considered an advantage.
• Experience of regulatory-driven change in financial services is welcome
• You hold relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile Project Management, Scrum or ADKAR are an asset. If you do not hold one yet, you are open to obtaining them.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. As a Belgian company, good command of French and/or Dutch is required. Knowledge of another national language is an asset.
