Compliance Assistant

Your position

• You will support the Group Compliance Officer in managing the group’s compliance activities.
• You will gather, screen and analyse information related to risk assessment.
• You will take initiatives in order to optimise information flows and procedures in the framework of compliance.
• As a Compliance Assistant you will participate in internal meetings and stay in touch with other entities within the organisation (national and international).

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in law practice or are equivalent through experience. A first relevant work experience in the field of compliance or regulations is a plus.
• You can express yourself fluently in English, French and Dutch (both orally and in writing). Knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You have good administrative and organisational skills and pay attention to deadlines.
• You like working in a team, you take initiative and you are discreet.
