Facility Assistant (with driver licence B)

Your position

Your day-to-day activities:

 

Driving services

  • As a driver, you will ensure safe transport of Executives to and from various locations.
  • You will be responsible for the distribution of important documents in Belgium.
  • You will participate actively in the preparation prior to event and at event with amongst others transportation of equipment. Flexibility in hours performed during event will be key here.
  • You will manage pool cars and executive vehicles: scheduling, lending/return, maintenance, carwash, tire replacement. You will oversee charging stations and parking organisation.

 

Reception desk activities

 

You will participate to reception desk services to:

  • Register and welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers to ensure a positive experience.
  • You will take pictures of the newcomers (internal / external resources) for upload on “who is who” system and badges.
  • Manage internal and external calls in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Participate to in and outgoing couriers, parcels etc. and to receive incoming mail, shipments and deliveries in the building.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform various safety-related tasks.

 

 

Your profile

  • You hold minimal a high school degree with proven experience in a role as a personal driver and in a similar role.
  • You are holder of a valid driver licence B.
  • You show a service-oriented, flexible, and proactive attitude.
  • You show ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • You remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • You handle your tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills, and you have good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You can work in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, ..)
