Votre fonction

As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinating one or more project within the Project Management Office of the IT department, in collaboration with the project team in order to produce the desired result as specified in the project documentation.

 

  • You coordinate and organise various project activities required in order to realise defined outputs of the projects so that it fits foreseen specifications.
  • You assist or take the lead (depending on size) to define the project (structure, scope, plan and key tasks) and assist in the formulation and determination of project requirements in order to prepare project organisation.
  • You assist or take the lead (depending on size) to manage and execute the project, communication charts and tracking the progress and quality of work being performed in order to ensure that it delivers expected results (delivery, schedule, scope and budget).
  • You build expertise in the communication of ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, as well as effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to the client and project team.
  • You keep the main stakeholders informed about the project status and issues that may impact the project by reporting and communication.
  • You coordinate the work of project resources from various departments in order to optimise the collaboration between project team members.
  • You assist or take the lead (depending on size) to manage project team as well as the follow-up meetings in order to guarantee an efficient communication between project team members and take adequate measures.
  • You use appropriate reporting tools derived from project management framework guidelines from PMO in order to inform the management and the stakeholders.
  • You participate in development of tools or in thematic workgroups in order to meet the needs identified by the PMO Manager.
  • You assist in the smooth running of the Project Management Office

Votre profil

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business or related field of study or a Bachelor’s degree with experience is equivalent.
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience
  • You have a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch with an excellent knowledge of English (oral and written). Knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • You are a flexible and focus-oriented multi-tasker and pay attention to
  • details.
    You are proactive and can work as a constructive member of a team with minimum supervision.
  • You are organized, structured, able to prioritize and are used to work with tough deadline
