Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure & Workplace

Your position

At Credendo, we ensure that our infrastructure and data centre services operate reliably, performantly and securely. These cloud services form the backbone of our ICT environment and are crucial for achieving our business objectives. As a Service Delivery Manager cloud, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these services, including the coordination of internal teams and third-party vendors, Nviso and Infosys.

  • You will be part of the Service Integration and Management team (SIAM), which is responsible for supporting end users with quality service throughout the group focusing on communication, continuous improvement, customer engagement and managing the company’s outsourcing partners.

  • >You are the central point of contact for all Azure cloud data center-related services and ensure that the agreed service levels are met.

  • You translate strategic objectives into operational processes and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

  • You manage the contracts and performance of external suppliers and follow up on changes in the change advisory board and demand Infrastructure board.

  • You ensure continuous improvement of the service.

  • You will work with security and compliance teams to ensure that all infrastructure components comply with internal and external standards

  • You will regularly report on performance, risks and improvement actions to management.

  • You will monitor and optimise the infrastructure budgets within your scope.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in service delivery or infrastructure management.

  • You have demonstrable knowledge of data center technologies, network architecture, virtualization in Microsoft Azure environments. Knowledge of security, ITIL Process and compliance requirements (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is a plus.

  • Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change and capacity management) is a must; ITIL certification is an asset.

  • You have experience with supplier management and following up on SLAs/KPIs.

  • You have strong communication skills and can interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders .

  • You have an analytical mind and are result-oriented.

  • You show excellent oral and written proficiency in English and have good knowledge of Dutch or French, both orally and in writing.

  • You like to work in a team-oriented environment in which you will cooperate with international partners.

     

  • Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.

  • Holding Microsoft Azure certifications is a plus.
